Since more than 20 years brand independent repair and service of mixing head is one of the main competences of FTS Fluid-Technik & Systeme AG.

Before overhauling the mixing heads are checked and tolerances measured. The customer will receive a quotation free of charge.

The mixing heads get overhauled completely including all necessary coating and thermic treatments. After assembling, each overhauled mixing head finally is dynamically tested.

We start our work with a detailed damage analysis. With that we actively inform our customers about the estimated expenses of the necessary works. We as well consider the efficiency of the repair compared to buying a new device.

We exclusively use original spare parts and the repairs are completed by highly qualified staff. With that we guarantee reliability and functionality on the level of a new product. After overhauling each pump finally is tested at the test bench with printout.
